Mumbai- Congress and Nationalist Congress Party will be going solo in the upcoming BMC elections, for which Mumbai Congress president Sanjay Nirupam in a statement has made it clear that they don’t want to go in alliance with NCP for the BMC election. Sanjay Nirupam said that the first list of candidates will be announced in the coming week.
North Mumbai constituency has started taking interviews of probable candidates. The interviewers consisted of Mumbai Congress president Sanjay Nirupam, Spokesperson Sachin Sawant, and MLA Aslam Sheikh.
