Mulund - The 2017 calendar by Khadi Village Industries Commissions (KVIC) has replaced Father of the nation, Gandhi from the iconic charkha photo with PM Narendra Modi. The calendar has portrayed Modi as the cult figure, it is not promoting the party in any which ways. In regard with this, Congress party workers silently protested outside Mehul talkies in Mulund on Friday. A small boy dressed as Gandhi was also standing in support of the party workers. Party workers had placards in their hand which reads - Gandhi assassinated again! We condemn easing out of Gandhi! Removal of Gandhi sycophancy or conspiracy! Rajesh Ingle, General Secretary North East Mumbai Congress Party said," Gandhi has been assassinated again!"
