Sewri - 19 February was the last day of campaigning for the BMC elections due to which roads and lanes were housefull. Campaigning was done on a large scale at Sewri Naka, Sewri Koliwada, Dnyaneshwar Nagar, Kidwai Nagar, and Jeribai Wadia road. Candidates of their respective wards were seen campaigning against each other.
Sunday being the holiday, people were also seen on streets to witness the grand rallies. Along with rallies, candidates paid a visit to homes as well asking for votes. People who participated in the rally were given vada pav and cold drinks.
