Govandi – The Nationalist Congress Party has become aggressive on the issue of ban on currency notes. The party had organised a bike rally at Shivaji Nagar in Govandi to protest against this decision of the Central government. Raising slogans and criticizing the decision, NCP workers alleged that the government has not been working for the poor. Jahangir Shaikh led the bike rally.
