The conflict among the Congress party in the state is getting intense with every passing day. Senior Leader Narayan Rane’s elder son Nilesh Rane took a dig at State Party President Ashok Chavan. Nilesh Rane sent a box full of ‘chiwda’ (snack) in the party office. A letter was posted on the box which read – Ashok Chavan distribute chiwda at least if you can’t provide positions. Nilesh even posted it on twitter.
Senior leaders are making the mockery of this act stating that Narayan Rane used to distribute mangoes in summer season whereas his son is sharing chiwda. The big question which arises is that whether Nilesh Rane is miffed with Ashok Chavan for not providing him District President’s position in Ratnagiri district. This is the reason why Nilesh resigned from the post of general secretary.
