Prime Minister Narendra Modi has finally ended the VIP culture in our country. According to a decision taken by the government, only five constitutional posts will be allowed to use red beacons which include President, Vice – President, Prime Minister, Chief Justice of India, Speaker of Lok Sabha. Caricaturist Pradeep Mhapsekar welcomed the decision in his unique style by sketching on the issue.
