Mumbai - Though Mumbai is been removed from Smart City list, BMC is keen on going ahead with the plan. However, BMC will not get a single penny from Central Government and they will have to spend money from their own pocket. However, this move of BMC has not gone down well with other parties. Except for BJP, MNS, SP, Congress & Shiv Sena are protesting against this move. Considering the protest, BMC, for now, is not going with the smart city plan.
