Parel – Some miscreants pasted posters against city Congress Committee president Sanjay Nirupam on walls in Parel area describing him a traitor for his putting a question mark on the ‘surgical strike’. The posters were seen in Gokhale Society Lane in Parel E Ward. Though none has raised a voice in this regard, local residents see it as a stunt ahead of municipal elections.
