Dadar - Around 1,500 students met Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray on Thursday seeking his help.

These students, who have completed their apprenticeship and were aspiring for a job in the Indian Railways, had met union railway minister Suresh Prabhu on 30 January. They claim they were ill-treated in Delhi, and that the police lathi charged them.

Now back in Mumbai, the students have taken their grievances to the MNS chief, who has reportedly assured the students that he will support their demands.

The students are however not in a mood to forget the beatings they have received in Delhi in a hurry.
