Mumbai - BJP spokesperson Madhav Bhandari has claimed that the performance of the Shiv Sena has deteriorated in comparison to the BJP in last assembly election in the city. As per the BJP spokesperson, the party was on first position in 115 out of 227 wards in Mumbai in the last assembly election. Bhandari attributed this performance to the honest work of party members and claimed that 40 per cent of these seats were won due to party’s better performance in the election. He also pointed out that the Shiv Sena has not done well in elections held in last 20 years. Sena has failed to stop this deterioration in electoral performance, he said. Meanwhile, Bhandari informed that all those dissidents who have filed their nomination forms from seats allotted to party’s alliance partners like the RPI (A), Rashtriya Samaj Paksh and Shiv Sangram are being suspended from the party.
