Dadar- Discussions around the implementation of a Uniform Civil Code have been going around for a long time. Advocate Ganesh Sovani made a strong plea in favour of the code at an event organised at Dadar's Rambhau Malgi hall on Thursday. He added that irrespective of caste, creed and religion, the Uniform Civil Code act is the need of the hour. “This code is not only beneficial for minorities but for all. And so people should vote for this code on the ‘Law commission of India’ website by 21 November”, he exhorted the audience.
