Rashtriya Yuvti Congress protests against government

Nariman Point - Rashtriya Yuvti Congress, women's wing of the Nationalist Congress Party, staged a protest in front of the Mantralaya on Thursday.

Rashtriya Yuvti Congress cadres came out on road to protest against the Central government's decision of the demonetisation that affected farmers a lot. Due to demonetisation, farmers are suffering a lot. The conditions arising out of a ban on currency notes forced a farmer named Krishna Dongre to set his 6-acre onion farm on fire.

During this protest, the NCP workers gifted the onions which were burnt by the farmer of Yevla tehsil to chief minister Devendra Fadnavis. NCP MP Supriya Sule had written a letter to the CM requesting him to immediately free farmers from their loans to overcome their problems.
