A Navi Mumbai techie has come up with a strange request of renting him a home for free.
“Hey Rich Stranger, Did you buy an expensive Navi Mumbai flat only to let it rot in silence? Do you pop in once a year, claim the dust, then disappear? Why not lend your flat a soul (me) instead (for free obviously)?” he asked on Reddit.
His post garnered appreciation however, people believe that it's unlikely that he will get such an offer.

In a post he mentioned that he will live like a ghost in the apartment and he will neither smoke nor drink or party and will pay for electricity and water. He further described himself as a “chill, tidy developer who works long hours.”To lure the homeowner, he mentioned that he should be looked at as a modern-day caretaker who would clean the apartment and keep it fresh and ventilated.
His post has gone viral with nearly 2,000 upvotes and a ton of comments.
