According to the announcement, service on slow tracks were disabled from Mulund - Matunga, so 11.03am Khopoli-CST running Local was to halt at every station including Bhandup. The train directly halted at Ghatkopar station, thus commuters getting down at Vikhroli & Bhandup had to come all the way to Ghatkopar.
