Mankhurd - After the demonitisation was announced on 8th November, toll collection was halted. After 24 days toll collection started again from Friday Midnight. On Saturday morning long queue of vehicles were seen at the toll plazas. Toll plaza at Vashi was no exception. Since getting change for Rs 2000 note is a tedious job, vehicle drivers and toll officials were seen at loggerheads and its resulting in a traffic snarl.
