In view of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2026 scheduled on Sunday, 21 June 2026, both Western Railway (WR) and Central Railway (CR) have decided not to operate their usual Sunday maintenance blocks to ensure hassle-free travel for students and their parents.
According to a press release issued by Vineet Abhishek, Chief Public Relations Officer, Western Railway:
Special Mumbai-bound Long-Distance Trains
1. Train No. 09351/09352 Bandra Terminus – Dr. Ambedkar Nagar Special
Train No. 09351 Bandra Terminus – Dr. Ambedkar Nagar Special will depart from Bandra Terminus on Saturday 20th June, 2026 at 18:20 hrs
and reach Dr. Ambedkar Nagar at 11:30 hrs, the next day. Similarly, Train No. 09352 Dr. Ambedkar Nagar – Bandra Terminus Special will depart from Dr. Ambedkar Nagar on Friday 19th June, 2026 at 23:00 hrs and arrive Bandra Terminus at 15:40 hrs, the next day.
Enroute, this train will halt at Borivali, Palghar, Vapi, Valsad, Bilimora, Navsari, Surat, Ankleshwar, Bharuch, Chhayapuri, Godhra, Dahod, Ratlam, Ujjain and Indore stations in both directions.
This train comprises of Sleeper Class and General Second Class Coaches.
2. Train No. 09471/09472 Bandra Terminus – Maninagar Special
Train No. 09471 Bandra Terminus – Maninagar Special will depart from Bandra Terminus on Saturday 20th June, 2026 at 21:15 hrs and reach Maninagar at 06:00 hrs, the next day. Similarly, Train No. 09472 Maninagar – Bandra Terminus Special will depart from Maninagar on Saturday 20th June, 2026 at 08:30 hrs and arrive Bandra Terminus at 18:15 hrs, the same day.
Enroute, this train will halt at Borivali, Palghar, Vapi, Valsad, Navsari, Surat, Bharuch, Vishvamitri and Anand stations in both directions.
This train comprises of Sleeper Class and General Second Class Coaches.
