Wadala GRP takes action against bhajan groups

Wadala - Wadala GRP police have arrested four bjahan groups which were travelling in a second class compartment in a CST bound train on trans harbour route. Not only bhajan groups, but people traveling in the handicap compartment were also held.

“These bhajan group makes noise and also block the seats in local comapartments. This in turns creates nuisance for other commuters,” said I B Sarode, senior PI, GRP. The bhajan groups have been booked under sections 112, 117 of IPC. Prakash Bhud (43), Mahendra Mote (38), Deepak Kale (28), and Deepak Aruvale (30) were relased after paying a fine of Rs. 200.
