WR to begin daily special train between Bandra and Veraval

Western Railway (WR) has decided to begin a daily special train between Bandra Terminus (BDTS) and Veraval to clear extra rush of passengers from February 24.

The booking for train will commence from February 20.

Train No. 09217 will depart BDTS everyday at 1.40pm and will reach Veraval at 7.20am, the next day, said a WR official on Thursday, February 18.

Similarly, Train No. 09218 will leave Veraval everyday at 11.50 am and will arrive BDTS at 5.45 am, the next day from February 23. This train will also halt at Palej, Palghar and Andheri stations.

These train comprises of AC 2-Tier, AC 3Tier, Sleeper class and Second class seating coaches.

Enroute this train will halt at Borivali, Palghar, Dahanu Rd, Vapi, Valsad, Bilimora, Navsari, Surat, Kosamba, Ankleshwar, Bharuch, Vadodara, Anand, Nadiad, Mahemadavad Kheda road, Maninagar, Ahmedabad, Viramgam, Lakhtar, Surendranagar, Muli road, Than, Wankaner, Rajkot, Gondal, Jetalsar and Junagadh stations in both directions.
