President Ramnath Kovind will visit Mumbai on December 28 and will launch an event ‘Sadbhaav Utsav’ where he will participate in the Wellness festival organised on the occasion of 100 year anniversary of the Yoga Institute. The programme will be organised at Bandra Kurla Complex’s (BKC) MMRDA ground. 

Along with the President of India, Maharashtra Governor C Vidyasagar Rao, State Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, and Yoga Institute Director Dr Hansaji Jaidev will be present at the event.

‘Sadbhaav Utsav’ will be organised from December 28 to 29 and the entry for the same is free.

In the festival, several activities including Music and entertainment along with food and artistic items will be available for purchase. Moreover, the symphony stage and musical bands will also perform their musical pieces including Shankar Mahadevan, Sukhwinder Singh, Rekha Bhardwaj and other notable singers and musicians. 

The Yoga Institute is a government recognised non-profit organisation which is also said to be the world's oldest organised Yoga centre. Founded by Shri Yogendra, the Yoga Institute has its headquarters in Mumbai's Santacruz.
