Chunabhatti - Shivneri Mitra mandal premise where Ganpati Pandal is set up has become very dirty. There is nobody to look into the matter, BMC has been reported. But the dump is not cleared away from the premise. The foul odour is troubling residents, no breath of fresh air for them.
