Chembur- It was said that ATMs will be operational on Friday but only few ATMs were functioning. Same is the case in Chembur where ATMs are still non-functional and so residents were seen in long queues outside the bank. “If these ATMs had been operational, my time would have saved”, said Pritam Singh, resident, Chembur.
