Mumbai- Mumbaikars now can heave a sigh of relief as the Reserve Bank of India has relaxed the rules for depositing as well as withdrawing money from banks. Initially, people were able to withdraw Rs. 2,400 from their banks but now they will be able to withdraw more than that from 29 November 2016. However, this comes with a condition. Such withdrawals will be possible only if one deposits new currency notes or valid notes in a bank. This will enable professionals to withdraw their salary directly from the bank.
