Idea Cellular launched its 4G services in Mumbai. Reliance Jio has completely captured the market with aggressive offerings since last year. Idea Cellular will be giving 10GB of 4G data free to its existing customers for the first three months. Idea has a subscriber base of 4.4 million and revenue market share of 10.2% in Mumbai. New customers who join during the offer period will get 10GB 4G free promotional data. The company will be competing against Reliance Jio and Communications, Vodafone and Bharati Airtel.
