Mumbai - Much hue and cry has been created over the the decision to withdraw the currency notes of Rs 500, 1000 with immediate effect. Till 11 November, however, the old currency notes can still be used for transaction at some places, such as -
1. Hospital
2. Petrol Pumps and CNG gas stations
3. Railway ticket counters
4. Cemeteries
5. International Airport
6. Bus Fares
