Leopard attacks a man in Mulund

On Sunday morning, Suraj Gavai was injured in a leopard attack that took place in Mulund’s Rahul Nagar. He is being treated at KEM Hospital. Meanwhile, Rahul Nagar residents are now living in fear.

Around 2:00 am, a leopard entered in Mulund’s Rahul Nagar and spotted Gavai’s pet dog. Seeing the leopard, the dog started barking and people who were sleeping came out of the house. As soon as Gavai opened the door, he was attacked by the leopard where his right eye was injured. He was admitted to KEM Hospital.

Prior to this incident, the leopard had attacked in Mulund’s Nanepada area where six people were injured. Residents are now demanding to capture the leopard.

Suraj suffered eye injury but soon, we will discharge him,” Avinash Supe, Dean, KEM hospital.
