CIDCO has announced that the online computerized lottery draw for its Housing Scheme launched in December 2025 will be conducted on 20.07.2026.
Pertinently, the Housing Scheme comprises 16,876 tenements (EWS – 8,795 and LIG – 8,081) located at various nodes of Navi Mumbai. A total of 19,548 applications have been received for this scheme.
However, in view of the Interim Order dated 25.03.2026 passed by Hon’ble High Court in Writ Petition No. 2650 of 2026, the online lottery draw will be conducted only for Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category tenements (8,795). The total EWS applicants are 10,832.
The lottery draw will be conducted in a transparent and computerized manner. Upon completion of the draw, the list of successful applicants will be published on the official housing portal, www.cidcohomes.com.
Applicants are informed that the inclusion of their name in the list of successful applicants shall not, by itself, create any legal right or entitlement to the tenement indicated against their name. The allotment to successful applicants shall be subject to verification of their eligibility, scrutiny of documents, compliance with the terms and conditions of the Housing Scheme, and other applicable requirements of CIDCO.
