The road cave-in accident happened near the IT park in Goregaon east Nagari Nivara Parishad area on Monday night. The road adjacent to the drain was muddy. After the road caved in, the truck standing there also slipped in.

Currently, one side of this road has been closed for traffic. For security reasons, the civic body has installed barricades in the blocked areas on Monday. A section has been closed for residents and motorists.
It is an important road for people that is used to commute to reach the residential area as well as the IT park located here. Although an alternative road is available, traffic is more likely to increase in this area as one side is closed.
