Navi Mumbai: Police arrest one with 4 kg ganja in Kalamboli; Initiates investigation

Police arrested one person with four kilograms of ganja drug worth INR 1 lakh in Kalamboli area. The anti-narcotics squad of Navi Mumbai Police has taken this action and 34-year-old Dinesh Jadhav, who lives in Asudgaon, has been arrested in this case.

The police had received information that a person would be coming to Kalamboli steel market with ganja. Under the guidance of Kalamboli Police Station Senior Police Inspector Rajendra Kadam, Assistant Police Inspector Sachin Kokre of the Anti-Narcotics Cell, Police Sub-Inspector Mangesh Bachkar, Police Constable Ramesh Taide and other policemen laid a trap at 9:59 pm on Tuesday night and found the suspect youth there.

After searching the bag in the suspect's hand, it contained 4 kg of 100 grams of marijuana. The police team is investigating from where Dinesh got this ganja, and to whom he was selling it.
