Mumbai: Police arrest mobile thief and seized 30 mobile phones

Kandivali police arrested two thieves who stole mobile phones. 30 mobiles were seized from them. The police said that many cases have been registered against the accused in Mumbai and other areas.


The names of the arrested accused are Vikram Bhosle and Bunty Bhosle. Police officers from Kandivali police station were patrolling Mahaveer Nagar area when they found two men walking suspiciously. When they were confronted, they gave vague answers. So they were brought to the police station. During interrogation, it was revealed that both of them were mobile thieves.

Kandivali police station has registered at least seven cases of mobile theft against them. Police recovered more than 30 stolen mobile phones of various companies from them worth INR 3.5 lakh rupees. Vikram is from Amravati while Bunty is a resident of Wardha and currently both of them are living in Mahaveer Nagar area of Kandivali.
