Without checking the answer sheets of the Mumbai University law course, many questions have been marked as 'NA', meaning the question has not been solved, and students have failed. This shocking incident came to light after the photocopies of the answer sheets were requested.

After continuous blunders, the functioning of the Mumbai University Examination and Evaluation Board has been questioned and student organizations have launched a barrage of criticism.

Mumbai University conducted the examinations for the sixth semester of the three-year law course and the tenth semester of the five-year law course from April 16 to 30.

The results were declared on June 9. Some students were declared failed in the subjects ‘Taxation Law’ and ‘Indian Evidence Act’.  These students applied for photocopies of the answer sheets. After that, it has come to light that the answer sheets were not only checked but also many questions were marked as 'NA' even after writing the answers.

A student has scored 33 out of 60 marks in the subject ‘Indian Evidence Act’. However, it is clear that only the question of the said student worth 14 marks was not checked. Students are suffering unnecessarily due to this administration.

A student of 'Tax Law' expressed his hope that the answer sheets should be re-evaluated at the earliest and a conducive educational environment should be created for the students.

A student of the Indian Evidence Act said that she is worried about the university's revaluation process and has to wait for a long time for the results. Due to this, she is facing difficulties in further education.
