Bigg Boss is one of the most controversial reality game shows. Over the years, the show has been gaining popularity in different languages like Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada. However, for the first time, the show will broadcast in Marathi. Ace filmmaker Mahesh Manjrekar is the host of Colors Bigg Boss Marathi season1. Having tagline as ‘Ithe jasa dista…Tasach asta’, the season is all set to kick start from today i.e. April 15.
Since the telecast date was unveiled, many celebrity names were buzzing around who may participate in the show. ‘Pavitra Rishta’ fame Usha Nadkarni and actor Shiv Thakare have confirmed their entry in the reality show. Although the final list of contestants has not been revealed yet, here is the tentative list of participants who might be a part of BB MarathiS1.
Pushkar Jog
Pushkar Jog was the first name which came forward as the participant for the reality game show Bigg Boss Marathi. Pushkar has acted in many Marathi shows and films.
Rajesh Shrungarpure
Popular for his on-screen grey scale characters, actor Rajesh Shrungarpure might enter the Bigg Boss Marathi season 1 to show his off-screen personality.
Sushant Shelar
Marathi movie ‘Duniyadari’ fame Sushant Shelar who is known for his political comments on any social issue might also be seen in the BB Marathi house season1.
Aastad Kale
Astad is currently seen in Colors Marathi’s popular show ‘Saraswati, the actor might leave the show as he has been approached for Bigg Boss Marathi.
Devdatta Nage
Who would forget his epic portrayal of Lord Shiva in Zee Marathi popular show ‘Jai Malhar’. However, after essaying such a strong character on screen, it is said that the actor wants to try hands-on non-fiction.
