Mahila Jagruti Abhiyaan was carried out at Vikhroli by Western Maharashtra Rahivasi Sangh on Wednesday around 8 pm. For this event, advocate Aarti Sadavarte, Bandra – Kurla PI Dipshikha Vare and Pratibha Patil spoke about the laws which women can use in the case of harassment.
The main motto of this programme was to make women aware about the laws related to women’s sexual harassment. Workshop was conducted for the same. Along with creating awareness, paithani saree was given to lucky draw winner.
