Between Tuesday and Wednesday morning, over 107 cases of tree and partial house collapses have been reported in Mumbai.

Of the total incidents, over 93 cases pertained to tree collapses with maximum number of reports (43) reported in the western suburbs.

The remaining 14 cases were related to wall collapses with highest number of cases (7) reported in the eastern suburbs.

WR local train services update

#WRUpdates Despite heavy and continuous rainfall since last night, WR suburban train services are operational across the Mumbai Suburban Section with delays of 10–15 minutes. Train operations on the Up and Down fast lines at Vasai Road station have been affected due to point failures, and services are currently being routed via the Up and Down slow lines. Railway staff are working on a war footing to restore normal operations on the fast lines at Vasai Road station.
