Shiv Sena (Shinde faction) leader Sheetal Mhatre has launched a sharp attack on Uddhav Thackeray following a recent meeting between Raj Thackeray and Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde.
She took to X where she posted a photo of a meetup of MNS president Raj Thackeray and Deputy CM Eknath Shinde. She wrote a caption "My party was taken away from me… my father too … now my brother" mocking Uddhav Thackeray.
The meeting, held at Shinde’s official residence, triggered political speculation across Maharashtra about possible changes in alliances and future strategies. Reacting to this development, Mhatre posted a photo of the meeting on social media and mocked Uddhav Thackeray with a sarcastic remark suggesting that he has now been politically isolated.
Her comment implied that after earlier setbacks within his party, Uddhav Thackeray is now facing further embarrassment as even his cousin Raj Thackeray has met with a rival faction leader. The post quickly gained attention online and intensified political debate.
The development has fueled discussions about shifting political equations in the state, especially amid ongoing tensions and realignments within Maharashtra’s regional parties.
