Girgaum - The time is ripe to paint the city saffron, according to Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray, who visited the C ward areas - Girgaum, Kamathipura, Kumbharwada to meet his party workers. The party chief gave the message loud and clear with his 'abki bar Shiv Sena sarkar in BMC elections' slogan.
