With a view to cater to the commuters who will be travelling from Mumbai to Uttar Pradesh on the occasion of Chhath Puja and Diwali, Central Railway along with Northern Railway will be running 14 special trains between Mumbai and Kanpur in Uttar Pradesh.

The special trains will run from October 24 to November 4. Further, there will be special trains running between Mumbai and Delhi from October 20 to November 19. Notably, Central Railway and Western Railway had run special trains in Mumbai during Ganesh Chaturthi which proved beneficial to manage the crowd visiting Mumbai for the festive season.
