Passengers travelling between Karjat and Khopoli are going to face more travelling hassle from Wednesday, April 12. The Central Railway has announced a three-day block between Karjat and Khopoli ghat route to carry out the necessary works for the Karjat yard conversion. Two local trains have been cancelled during this block period.
01:15 pm Karjat to Khopoli local train and 2:55 pm Khopoli-Karjat local train will not be operational owing to the block period.
Khopoli-bound local departing from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus at 12:20 pm will run till Karjat station. As the local train will be cancelled between Karjat and Khopoli, the CSMT local leaving Khopoli at 1:48 pm will be operated from Karjat station.
