After touching the ₹32,000 mark, gold prices have now eased up as they got cheaper by ₹1,000 per 10 gram on Wednesday. The drop in prices comes after various days of inflated gold prices and has delighted the people as it is a golden opportunity to purchase gold.

Two days back, the gold prices per 10 gram had dropped to ₹1,500 but soon on Wednesday, the prices soared up by ₹500. However, the gold prices are still cheaper by ₹1,000. Therefore, the market experts have asked the consumers to buy gold as the prices may remain low for a few days.

During Diwali, the gold prices were soaring up to ₹32,000 per 10 gram. Due to which, several consumers were unable to purchase the ornaments despite a willingness to buy them.

The major reason behind the drop in prices is said to have occurred due to a fall in the demand for gold and the downfall of rupee compared to the dollar.
