For the past several days, the people were troubled by the increasing prices of LPG cylinders. However, with a recent decrease in the price of LPG, the gas cylinders are expected to get cheaper. The decrease in the price of LPG comes after a decrease in the price of petrol and diesel.
The decrease in the prices of subsidised and non-subsidised gas cylinders will be a major benefit for the middle-class people. The subsidised gas cylinders have become cheaper by ₹6.5, whereas the non-subsidised cylinders will get affordable by ₹133 and accordingly, the change will be applicable by December 1.
Currently, the price for subsidised 14.2 kg LPG cylinder is ₹502.34 whereas the price for the non-subsidised cylinder is ₹880. A month ago, the cylinders had witnessed a sudden rise in prices but now the prices will see a downfall after six months.
