Mumbai Congress demands additional long-distance trains between Mumbai and Varanasi

Summer vacations have started in schools and colleges and during these holidays, many people visit their respective villages with their families. Also, during this period of time, many people struggle a lot to get train tickets. To combat this problem, the Mumbai Congress has requested the railway authorities to start additional long distance trains.

The Congress delegation, led by Mumbai Congress President Bhai Jagtap, handed over the request letter to Naresh Lalwani, General Manager, Central Railway. Several office bearers including Mumbai Congress Working President Charan Singh Sapra and Treasurer Bhunsh Patil were present in this delegation.

A letter of request was submitted to Naresh Lalwani, General Manager, Central Railway, to introduce additional local trains between Mumbai-Varanasi to reduce travel time and congestion and provide relief to families for summer holiday travel.
