Talking about her latest book, Kaveree Bamzai said,

This book taught me to respect mothers more than I ever did. No Regrets wouldn't have been possible without the generosity of the amazing women who shared their life stories with me. Their experiences will resonate not just with mothers but all women. In my professional career, I have come across several incidences where women don't voice their opinions or suggestions and will be an underdog.  However, the narrative can be seen going under a change steadily.

Filmmaker Farah Khan Kunder also shared witty narratives of her life, from being a women choreographer to having triplets through IVF. She further added,

It is very important for a woman to work even after all the responsibilities she handles at home. I firmly believe that kids respect their mother's time more when they know they’re working and don’t take them for granted. It offers the kid freedom as well as a sense of responsibility. Also, one needs to remember to create memories for theirchildren, don’t buy them things.
