The City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) has rescheduled the computerised lottery draw for its My Preferred CIDCO Home housing scheme to February 19 from 2 pm to 4 pm.
The draw, which was initially set for February 15, was postponed without an official reason. However, reports suggest that since the price of houses are expensive, many applicants have informed CIDCO through e-mail that they are withdrawing even before the announcement of CIDCO's lottery.
The venue for the draw remains unchanged, and CIDCO has arranged live webcasting for transparency and accessibility.
The event will be held at Raigad Estate, at Phase I of Sector-28, Taloja Panchanand in Panvel Taluka.
For the convenience of applicants, the draw will also be streamed live on CIDCO’s official website. CIDCO has also set up live screening centres at three locations: Kharghar East (Taloja), Khandeshwar, and Kharghar, allowing applicants to witness the process in real-time.
