Even after solving the murder of Kirti Vyas, the body of the victim has not been recovered yet. After killing Kirti, her body was thrown into Mahul Creek. There are many wild animals around Mahul Creek, and the police suspect that some wild animal might have eaten her dead body.

The police arrested Siddhesh along with Khushi on May 4 for killing Kirti Vyas. Initially, both of them denied the allegations. But during the investigation, Khushi broke down and confessed to the crime and told the police everything. The duo killed Kirti because she wanted to sack Siddhesh as he had allegedly made double payments to some clients. Siddhesh and Khushi shared an extra-marital affair and hence, planned to kill Kirti.

To nab the culprits, the police investigated and watched more than 500 CCTV footages. In addition to this, Siddhesh and Khushi’s hair was found and identified with the help of forensics. The police had also found victim’s blood in Khushi’s car, where the victim’s body was kept before the duo disposed it.

The police have suspicions about the missing body that it might have been eaten by the foxes in the area. The locals there too had said that it was possible since it had been 50 days since Kirti went missing. Further probe is in progress.

Siddhesh's family members say that all the charges imposed on him are wrong.
