The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has created a new study centre on Vitthalbhai Patel Marg in Khotachi Wadi, Girgaon. Launched recently for college students as well as students studying for various competitive exams, this study has been started in a spacious area of nearly 2000 square feet.

In Mumbai, many families live together in small-sized houses. Therefore, children from such families face difficulties in studying. In South Mumbai, especially in Girgaon and surrounding areas, students are in constant search to find space and peace to study because of the small rooms. Therefore, Guardian Minister Mangal Prabhat Lodha had ordered the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation to start a spacious study hall in the Khotachi Wadi area. Accordingly, it has been started at Vitthalbhai Patel Marg in Khotachi Wadi. The study was launched in the presence of State Skill Development Entrepreneurship and Innovation Minister and Mumbai Suburbs District Guardian Minister Mangal Prabhat Lodha and School Education Minister and Mumbai City District Guardian Minister Deepak Kesarkar.
