On the eve of Ram Pran Pratistha, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde performed Mahaarti on a floating stage set up near Masunda Lake on Saturday. Balasaheb's dream was to have a Ram temple. Chief Minister Shinde said on this occasion that this dream is being fulfilled by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.


Inauguration of Ram temple and installation of Ram idol in Ayodhya will take place on Monday. Before this ceremony, programs are being organised by various Hindu organisations and political parties across the country. Chief Minister Eknath Shinde's Shiv Sena also organised a Mahaarti and a procession at Masunda Lake in Thane city on Saturday. At eight o'clock in the night, Eknath Shinde visited Kopineshwar temple. After that he participated in the procession. A large number of officials of Shiv Sena were present on this occasion.

The procession consisted of various scenes. A floating stage was set up in Masunda Lake. A laser show from Sri Rama's exile to his coronation was shown on this stage. After that Eknath Shinde and his wife Lata Shinde performed Maha Aarti. After the Mahaarti, Shinde interacted with the citizens present. On this occasion, he said that Balasaheb's dream has been fulfilled by Modi. Hundreds of Thanekars were present for this Mahaarti.
