Colaba - 'Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan', 'Clean Mumbai, Green Mumbai' & many more inspiring quotes have been doing the rounds for the past few years. These quotes have no effect at all when we see our surroundings in a miserable state. Portable toilets in Colaba are in the worst condition. They are installed for public welfare but the public is not utilising the facility because the doors are broken, toilets have a foul odour, etc. The BMC only provides the facility, but maintenance is not taken into account.
