27th anniversary for Utkarsh Mandal from Ghatkopar (west). The race to showcase their Bappa in the most attractive manner amongst the mandals is obvious. To match up with other pandals this year the decoration is unique, shamiyana has paved the way for Saint Tukaram, Saint Eknath, Rukmani Mata's banners encircling Bappa's idol.
