The death of the actor Sushant Singh Rajput has sent shockwaves across the industry. The 34-year old had successfully dabbled roles on both small screen and big screen and had made quite a mark for himself. He was last seen in the Netflix Original Drive opposite Jacqueline Fernades.
As soon as the news of his suicide broke there was a huge crowd of fans that gathered outside his house. Most of them were still in shock and could not believe what they were hearing. So much so that they forgot all about social distancing as they gathered to see one last look of their beloved actor.
There was a crowd also seen outside his Patna residence where his father stays. It is being reported that post-hearing about his son's untimely demise, his condition has started deteriorating. As per the report on IANS, Sushant Singh Rajput's father Krishna Kumar Singh is not in a position to speak.
The news agency further reported that the Sushant's father got the news regarding his son's suicide over a phone call and his elder sister who stays in Chandigarh is now on her way to Patna.
Sushant kicked off his career in acting with 2008 Star Plus's show Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil and was lauded for his role in Pavitra Rishta. He made a big band entry in Bollywood with the movie Kai Po Che and over the years seen in many movies like Raabta, Detective Byomkesh Bakshi, MS Dhoni, Sonchiriya, Chhichhore and others. His next film Dil Bechara is due to release in the next few months.
