A resident of Malad and a student of BSc (IT) at KES College in Kandivali achieved this feat by learning Rubik's cube by watching YouTube tutorials. Prabhu had been practising since 2015 and now teaches students of all age groups. Being passionate about swimming and Rubik's cube he decided to merge both his interests to create a World Record. He had even entered the Limca Book of Records by solving Rubik's cube blindfolded in 2017.

Notably, Chinmay Prabhu is the first person to solve the pyraminx underwater, however, Dominik Gorny of Poland previously held the record of solving 1 pyraminx in 0.91 seconds.
