Tourism and Environment Minister Aditya Thackeray's proposal of 'Mumbai 24*7' was given a nod by the cabinet on Tuesday, January 22. Following this, five malls in Mumbai have announced that they will remain open round the clock.
These malls are:
1) Atria Mall in Worli
2) Growels Mall in Kandivali
3) Phoenix Marketcity in Kurla
4) High Street Phoenix in Lower Parel
5) R City in Ghatkopar

However, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has also stated that alcohol will not be served at any eatery after 1:30 am.
Atria Mall's owner Kunal Pradhan has stated that they are creating an awareness drive about alcohol not being served post 1:30 am and the majority of the outlets in Atria have agreed to remain open till 4 am.
High Street Phoneix
Director of Phoneix Mills Ameya Sakre has stated he has welcomed the decision of Aditya Thackeray and their operations and marketing team is all geared up to implement this move.
Growels
Sachin Dhanawade of Growels in Kandivali has stated that the outlets in Growels will be open till 3 am.
